Payment Information
Payments & Booking Policy
At Plan It Austin, we strive to make your planning experience seamless from start to finish—including payment. Below is everything you need to know to reserve your date and prepare for your event with confidence.
Deposit & Booking
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and officially begin the planning process. This deposit allows us to dedicate our time, creativity, and resources to designing your celebration.
Accepted deposit payment methods:
Cash, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, or check (checks accepted for deposits only)
Payment Schedule
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your event.

Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. Please refer to your signed contract for full details regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and any applicable refunds for remaining balances.
